Information for Volunteers

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for our 99th Annual Beef 'n Bean Day.

8/10 & 8/11/2023 Volunteers sign up on the left; if you are not able to volunteer the full hours, please put the hours you are available in the message box.

 

8/12/2023:  Volunteers are provided with water, Gatorade, and individuals serving six hours or more get a meal ticket.

​

Event Set Up:  7:00am - 9:30am

Assist with raising 10 x 20 tents, distributing and setting up tables/chairs, icing drinks, general tasks.

Volunteers Needed:  6

​

Event Support:  11:00am - 5:00pm

Providing coverage for various areas including Bean Contest, BBQ Contest, supplies distribution, general tasks.

Volunteers Needed:  3

 

Children's Activities:  10:30am to 5:00pm

Yard games including, toss, Jenga, etc.  You will have treat tickets to hand out.

Approx # of Volunteers Needed:  4 Left

Milliken Dinner:  3:00pm - 7:30pm

Set up, assist with serving food, clear tables and break down dinner supplies
