Chicken Wings Cook-Off Competition
Chicken wings will be provided to contestants, limited to 20 contestants maximum. Each contestant will receive 12 wings and turn in the best 6. Wings can be grilled, fried or seared and a sauce is recommended as it will be added to the score. The sauce should be served on the side and no other garnishing is allowed. Wings can not be removed from your cooking area until they are turned in and all food must be prepared on site. Chicken wings not provided by the Milliken Events Committee can not be entered.

Container: You will be provided a tray with a lid and a number. Your chicken wings must be placed in the provided container and turned in at the designated time.
