Bring your grills or smoker to TRPR to prepare your food on Saturday morning between 9:00am to 11:00am and start cooking by 12:00pm.

Cooks meeting 11:30am to get final instructions and supplies.

You will be provided a 10 x 10 spot; you can set up a 10' x 10' tent (must have 40 lb. weights on each leg).

NOTE: You cannot cook under the tent as it is against fire regulations.
Pork chops will be provided to contestants, limited to 20 contestants maximum.

Each contestant will receive 2 pork chops and turn in the best 1.

They can also be stuffed or topped with your choice of food such as vegetables, crawfish, shrimp, gravy, etc.

The sauce should be served on the side and no other garnishing is allowed.

Wings cannot be removed from your cooking area until they are turned in and all food must be prepared on site.

Pork chops not provided by the Milliken Events Committee cannot be entered.

Container: You will be provided a tray with a lid and a number. Your pork chop must be placed in the provided container and turned in at the designated time.
