Bring your grills or smoker to TRPR to prepare your food on Saturday morning between 9:00am to 11:00am and start cooking by 12:00pm.

Cooks meeting 11:30am to get final instructions and supplies.

​

You will be provided a 10 x 10 spot; you can set up a 10' x 10' tent (must have 40 lb. weights on each leg).

​

NOTE:  You cannot cook under the tent as it is against fire regulations.

 

Pork chops will be provided to contestants, limited to 20 contestants maximum. 

  • Each contestant will receive 2 pork chops and turn in the best 1. 

  • They can also be stuffed or topped with your choice of food such as vegetables, crawfish, shrimp, gravy, etc.  

  • The sauce should be served on the side and no other garnishing is allowed.

  • Wings cannot be removed from your cooking area until they are turned in and all food must be prepared on site. 

  • Pork chops not provided by the Milliken Events Committee cannot be entered.

Container: You will be provided a tray with a lid and a number.  Your pork chop must be placed in the provided container and turned in at the designated time.
