The Milliken Events Committee is excited to announce our second Backyard BBQ Competition on Saturday, August 12, 2023.

Entry Fee:  $100 - teams may seek sponsorship, contact millikenevents@gmail.com for more information

$1,000  First Place

$   750  Second Place

$   500  Third Place

Guidelines:

Friday, August 11, 2023

6:00pm - 8:00pm   Check in time (or see Saturday times)

​

8:00pm - We will provide you two pork butts to cook

​

***All preparation and cooking must take place on site so bring equipment and supplies to stay overnight.  Port-a-potties and hand washing stations will be available***

Saturday, August 12, 2023

​

4:00am - Check in and pork butt pick up

​

2:00pm - Turn in for judging

​

3:30pm -  Prizes

​

***Competitors will turn in three money cuts; the balance of the pork butts you will shred and place in the foil containers provided by Milliken Events Committee.***
